• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer
• Orders are delivered to the specified address. Additional delivery charges may apply for special locations

5. Payment Terms

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment is collected via WhatsApp during order confirmation
• Cash payments may be accepted at delivery (subject to confirmation)
• We are not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party payment platforms

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of confirmation
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for orders already prepared or out for delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall patroqui.store, its owners, employees, or agents be liable to you for any damages of any kind (general, special, incidental, or consequential) arising out of the use or inability to use the site or the ordering service.
